What is Chestny Znak?
Chestny Znak is Russia's national system for mandatory product marking and traceability. Every product unit, every pack and every pallet carries a unique Data Matrix code that is scanned at each step – from the producer to the final sale.
Unit
Every product unit gets a label with its own unique Data Matrix code.
Pack
Every pack gets a code that records exactly which unit codes are inside it.
Pallet
The pallet gets a code that records exactly which packs – and therefore which units – are on it.
The sequence is critical
Codes must be printed and applied in the right order so that unit, pack and pallet stay correctly linked. Export Label numbers every label automatically and keeps the unit → pack → pallet order for you.

€0.005 per label for packages up to 1 million credits, €0.004 above 1 million (20% off) and €0.003 above 2 million (40% off). A real pallet of 2,751 labels (2,640 product, 110 pack and 1 pallet label) costs about €13.76 at the standard price. Credits never expire, and your first truckload is free.
What do I need to get started?
Only the Chestny Znak code file your Russian importer sends you, in PDF or CSV. We set up your dedicated server, web address, users and passwords, load free credits for your first truckload and train your team.
Is the first truckload really free?
Yes. We give you enough credits to label your whole first truckload, so you can test Export Label on a real shipment before paying anything.
How fast is it?
About 20 seconds per pallet. The labels come out numbered and sorted unit → pack → pallet, ready to apply in the right order.
Do I need my own Chestny Znak account?
As a rule, no. The Russian importer orders the codes in the Chestny Znak system and sends you the code files. You print and apply the labels.
Which printers does it work with?
Any printer that prints PDF files. We set the label size to match your label rolls or sheets, and you can preview every label before printing.
Which products can I label?
Any product group that requires Chestny Znak marking, including soft drinks, bottled water, confectionery, biscuits, dairy, canned food, perfume and cosmetics.
What is the generation report?
A report you can send to your Russian importer that shows which Data Matrix code is in which pack and on which pallet.
Is my data safe?
Every client works on their own dedicated server with a private web address and login. No other client can see your data, your products or who you sell to.
